Dr. Quach is a clinical psychologist.

Dr. Quach dedicates his life to mental health because he has the honor to see tremendous growth in those who pursue a therapeutic relationship. And because he is also a person in this chaotic world, he has experienced first hand the power of therapy.

While Dr. Quach has a breadth and depth in mental health, he chooses to specialize in anxiety, infidelity, and burnout. Dr. Quach had a very close relationship with burnout during graduate school and so much so that he decided to spend his dissertation year studying it. He wanted to help himself and others who were impacted by burnout. Along the way, Dr. Quach noticed how common cheating is with those he worked. “I saw the damage it caused to people’s lives. I also saw the connection between cheating and mental health (particularly anxiety) so I decided to focus on this damaging behavior.”

Dr. Quach utilizes an integrative approach emphasizing evidence-based interventions such as CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing whilst weaving in robust psychodynamic theories. The technical approaches mentioned are carefully integrated to help you understand the relationship between how your past impacts your present emotionally, thoughts, and behaviors, which can then impact your future. The aim is to provide skills and insights to help you live your life with intention and achieve purposeful and fulfilling lives.

In my spare time, other than learning and keeping up-to-date with research, I enjoy reading, find ways to be active, learning about other cultures, and cooking (eating too!). I’m a huge animal lover and would love to have a house full of dogs and cats one day! Creatives outlets are important to me and while I love music, I can’t keep a beat to save my life! So I found my outlet in clay and I am an amateur potter and have been making functional ceramics for a few years now.

I am a firm believer that compatibility is a strong factor in therapeutic success so if you think we are a good fit, please feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I am looking forward to speaking with you.
