What is the cost of investment?

For individual therapy: 200 - $250

For couple therapy: Intake and Follow-up - $250

For Group therapy: Vary by group size - $65-$100

Can I use my HSA?

You may have a Health Saving Account from your employer or you have your own. You can use your HSA for therapy services.

When do I pay for my session?

Please kindly submit the fee at the time the service is rendered.

Forms of payment.

I accept all major credit cards - Visas, Masters, and American Express.

What kind of insurance do you accept?

Aetna, Aetna student health plans, and Meritain.

I am also an Out-of-Network provider, if you have out of network coverage, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

If you have a PPO, in a lot of cases you will have Out-of-Network coverage. However, it is always best to check with your insurance company. Some useful questions to ask your insurance about Out-of-Network coverage:

1. Do I have Out-of-Network coverage?

2. How much do you cover?/what is my responsibility? (usually a percentage)

3. Do I have a deductible before I can be reimbursed? if so, how much?

4. How do I submit my claim? (mail? electronically?)
