I am a tele-health provider and all services will be conducted using secured and private video or audio platforms.

Individual

This is the most common format of therapy where you and I will meet for the duration of the session. The 45 minutes session is for you. This will allow us to dedicate all of the session time to you and your growth. It is a way to establish self-love.

The individual sessions have many advantages with little trade-offs. Most people meet on a weekly basis. In some cases, people have chosen to meet more than once a week to add on to the progress.

Couple Therapy

In many cases, couples can benefit greatly by meeting together. During the session time, I can be the objective observer and help identify the relational patterns that lead to conflicts. Additionally, couples can learn a number of skills that will contribute to the health of the relationship. Some common skills are:

  • Effective communication

  • Conflict resolution

  • Boundary setting

  • Building intimacy/trust

  • Working through difficult life events

Group Therapy

This is where a group of carefully selected individuals will meet to work through a specific issue. I will be there to act as a facilitator and provide some structure for the group. Some people find group therapy to be a great addition to individual sessions. The group is often small (8-10 members) and members will go through an interview process to make sure they are a good fit for the group. I have run groups online with great success. Some example of group topics are:

  • Social anxiety group

  • Interpersonal relationship group

  • Dating and romance group

  • Men’s issues group

  • Grief group
